Two men face charges of attempted murder following an incident in Honea Path, according to an Abbeville County Sheriff’s Office incident report.
Travis Howard Patterson, 31, of 1528 Grove Road, Anderson, and Christopher Eric Livingston, 26, of 347 Broadmouth Church Road, Honea Path, face charges of attempted murder, in addition to burglary first degree and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
The two men were arrested in connection with shots fired into a residence on J.T. Ashley Road in Honea Path on Dec. 3.
“I did visually observe approximately 14 shell casings as well as multiple bullet entries into the residence,” a deputy indicated in the incident report.
No one sustained physical injuries when the shots were fired, according to a Sheriff’s Office spokesman.
Patterson was arrested the day of the incident, and Livingston was arrested on Dec. 10, the spokesman said.
Both arrests came following an investigation by the Abbeville County Sheriff’s Office.
